Arkansas Arts Center Terry House Little Rock Arkansas Wedding Video

There are times in each wedding we shoot when we feel like “Yeah I/we nailed that shot!” But it’s an awesome feeling when at the end of the night while your breaking down gear and packing it up you think back on the wedding that just passed and you feel like “Yeah I nailed the whole thing!” This is exactly the feeling we felt when we left Amanda and Allen’s wedding last October.

With early Autumn setting in this beautiful ceremony was held at the Arkansas Arts Center’s Butterfly Garden located on the grounds of the Terry House in Downtown Little Rock. We loved the non-traditional music the couple entered to and their amazing vows and ceremony traditions.

Originally the reception was to be held outside in a tent but with the threat of rain looming the reception was moved inside to the Terry House. It was such a great atmosphere and you could see and feel the love shared between these two and their families! What seemed like a very small space instead offered up an intimate reception is lots of laughs, dancing and celebration.

We also enjoyed so much working with the crazy talented photographer Stephanie Parsley and her second shooter John Block. Major kudos go out to Katherine and her team, with Bella Baxter Events, for coordinating a wonderful wedding celebration and keeping everything in check, on time, and so much fun.

Here is what Amanda and Allen had to say about their experience with Sunflower Films:
Choosing Sunflower Films as our videographer was one of the best decision we made. I can’t tell you how incredibly happy we are with the short film and the dvds of the rest of the wedding. They’re amazing!! From the song he selected for the short film to the moments he captured, I don’t think anyone could have done as good a job as Sunflower Films did to make our video so personal and unique to us. He knew exactly who he was making that video for and we’re forever grateful for the time he put into his work. Believe me when I say that you want a video to look back on. If you’re on the fence about getting a videographer, it’s worth it times a million! My husband and I will be watching and rewatching this video until we’re old and wrinkled, and we’ll have something to show our kids one day! I still have people come up to me and tell me how beautiful the short film was and how much they absolutely loved it! It was like reliving the day all over again 🙂 Thank you again Paul! You’re the best!!
